The project involves installing a temporary bypass culvert, removing three existing CMP culverts, and replacing them with a precast, 3-sided concrete culvert, guardrail, and steel sheeting.

The job also includes road restoration and HMA paving. As part of the project, MJO proposed an alternate solution that included a bypass road. This solution was designed to better maintain through traffic while also providing additional cost savings for the owner.
