The Houghton Pier project entailed constructing a concrete and steel sheet pile waterfront recreational pier that allows for mooring of large cruise ships, as well as featuring mooring stations, a multi-use concrete pathway, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, landscaping, and various site amenities.
